Utility Payments - applicable convenience fees are now active and will apply for credit card transactions. All payment transactions may take two to three business days to process.
Beginning in May of 2024, the due date will be the 5th of each month. Late fees will be applied at 8:00 am the following business day.
Disconnects for non-payment will be on the 20th of each month.
If either date falls on a weekend or holiday, you'll have the next business day to pay. We'll continue to send courtesy "call" reminders prior to posting late fees or disconnects.
